International Tender & Bid Specialist

We are expanding our international business development capabilities and are looking for a Tender & Bid Specialist to join our team in Serbia (Belgrade).

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our growth across international markets, managing public and private tenders and coordinating complex bidding processes across multiple countries.
You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions, working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams across our international organization.

- Identify and monitor international tender opportunities (EU and global markets)
- Analyze tender documentation (RFP, RFQ, ITT), assessing requirements, risks, and feasibility
- Manage the tender process end-to-end, from opportunity selection to final submission
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, legal)
- Prepare and structure technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all documentation
- Support pricing, cost estimation, and business case development
- Interface with clients and partners during clarification and negotiation phases
- Maintain tender databases, documentation, and reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of bidding processes and tools

- 7-10 years of experience in international tenders, with proven ability to manage complex bids independently
- Experience with public tenders (EU or international frameworks)
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, compliance, and contract structures
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or railway sector is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in multi-stakeholder environments
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments
